We request all members of our EBA Affiliate Program to read the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement and Code of Conduct.

WHY?

The purpose of these agreements are to protect the privacy of the material presented in EBA 4.0 and the launch plan.

EBA AFFILIATE CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

All information you hear and or receive from the EBA Team regarding an upcoming launch is to be considered Confidential Information until specified dates. We share this information ahead time out of respect of your planning schedules.

By adopting this Code of Conduct, EBA Affiliates commit themselves to fairly and consistently applying these principles to every aspect of participating in this program.

Affiliates who do not follow the Code of Conduct may have their membership revoked.

This Code of Conduct applies both within project spaces and in public spaces when an individual is representing the project or its community.

AFFILIATE EXPECTATIONS

• As an EBA Affiliate, you are expected to provide leadership within the larger EBA community on an ongoing basis. Many of the community members will be people you referred, so it is in your best interest as an affiliate to help increase the overall satisfaction of the students within the class.
• During the 2019 launch, you will also be expected to be an active leader of our Build Your Blog Bootcamp Challenge pop-up Facebook group (more details to come on this very soon!), which will be happening in the 5 days directly leading up to launch week.
• You are expected to adhere to, help maintain, and foster positivity, support, encouragement within the EBA affiliate community and the EBA community at large. All competition is meant to be FRIENDLY competition, and any snarkiness, complaining, sabotage, or trash-talking will result in immediate removal from the program.
• Promotional posts using your EBA affiliate link must not be disparaging to Elite Blog Academy in any way.
• Any posts or online promotion from previous years MUST be updated to reflect current pricing, and NO promo codes from previous years may be used or mentioned.
• Affiliates are welcomed and encouraged to offer digital bonuses of their own to help promote EBA. However, please note that cash & monetary bonuses are NOT allowed and will result in removal from our program.
• Because we use first link clicked, we ask that you honor the bonus offered for any customer who claims to have purchased through your link, even if it turns out that the link is not tracked back to you. Under no circumstances do we change affiliate links.
