After more than 15 weeks of quarantine, and as we head towards the end of the summer, we’re still navigating uncharted waters, not knowing exactly how this crisis will play out, or exactly when we can expect our lives to get back to normal.
And I don’t know about you, but all this social distancing has reminded me of how important it is to stop and reflect every now and then. You see, it’s so easy to get caught up in checking off all the things, and always being on the go-go-go that we end up losing sight of what we set out to accomplish in the first place.
So, in the midst of enjoying our summers and getting ready to start a new school year (however that may look for your family), it’s the perfect time to not only celebrate YOU but to share some of the best tools that help support you in honing in on what really matters.
Because even in the midst of this crisis, we’d love to see you simplify and pair down so you can spend time doing the things that fill you up, the things that matter most, and the things that will change your life. So praise yourself for accomplishing what you have so far (yes even the little things count), soak up all the good books, people, and beauty life has to offer and step into living a life you absolutely love. You deserve it.
This month, we are going to be covering things like surviving the messy middle and how to get re-focused when you have gotten off track, how to stop worrying about your weakness and what to focus on instead, and how to catch your breath when life gets crazy.
Our recommended reading is Free to Focus – A Total Productivity Guide to Achieve More By Doing Less by Michael Hyatt. We chose this book because in it he shares 9 super practical tips on how to make your time work for you. He helps you not only manage your time, but prioritize which is SO powerful!
Our Practical Application Section this month includes two of our very favorites here at RSO! You will find the Daily Focus Sheet and a Brain Dump worksheet so that you can get those ideas and thoughts out of your head and start turning them into actionable steps today.
We hope this month’s exclusive content has you feeling ready to gain your focus back and accomplish your biggest goals despite what this next season may hold!
All my best,
